RETURN POLICY

At Careful Golf, we’re committed to creating products you’ll feel good about using—on and off the course. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Return requests must be submitted by emailing us at info@carefulgolf.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@carefulgolf.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING MAGNETIC ATTACHMENTS

Our Careful Caddy Brush features a durable magnetic keychain designed to keep your gear secure. While the magnet has a strong disconnect force of approximately 11 lbs (5 kg) under optimal conditions, factors such as temperature, surface material, or improper attachment can affect magnetic strength.

Careful Golf is not responsible for lost kits or components if the magnetic attachment becomes disconnected during use, particularly when affixed to moving or uneven surfaces.
