At Careful Golf, we pack and ship your orders with care so you can get back to doing what you love—playing clean.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer—we appreciate your patience as a small, growing business.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method. We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking within 4 business days, reach out to us at info@carefulgolf.com.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Double-check the shipping address provided
  2. Look around your delivery area or ask neighbors.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking info.
